Sherri Allen joined Kiteleon in 2025 after qualifying as a Civil and Commercial Mediator. With over 15 years’ experience running her own B2B fashion business, she brings a strong understanding of commercial relationships, negotiation, and conflict resolution in high-pressure environments.
Sherri’s background spans sales, sourcing, production, and account management, giving her a practical and empathetic approach to resolving disputes—particularly in business, workplace, and supply chain contexts. She is especially skilled at untangling misunderstandings, managing high-stakes conversations, and helping parties find constructive ways forward.
Currently expanding her expertise with training in Workplace Conflict Resolution, Sherri is passionate about helping individuals and businesses communicate more effectively, save time and money, and avoid escalation
Haris is passionate about mediation as an empowering alternative to litigation, fostering dialogue and resolution without the stress and expense of court proceedings.
Katie Baird is an accredited mediator, specialising in civil and commercial mediation. Her skill is in empowering the participants to reach a resolution in a way which is collaborative, less stressful, reduces costs, and is more time efficient than litigation. She is also a non-practising solicitor. Whilst working in private practice she specialised in clinical negligence claims and also advised on personal injury claims.
Katie volunteers as a legal adviser at a free legal advice centre advising on numerous legal issues including employment, housing, family/matrimonial, education, benefits, wills and probate, crime, and pre-action civil litigation matters. She is a dedicated and conscientious professional and is passionate about mediation as a highly effective form of dispute resolution.
She holds a certificate in Civil/Commercial Mediation. Jennifer has a personable and pragmatic approach. She is able to facilitate constructive dialogue between parties in high conflict disputes helping them to reach a resolution.
He is convinced that it is better to resolve disputes through the involvement of an impartial mediator and the consent of the disputing parties, rather than to have a resolution imposed by a third party on the disputing parties.
Kevin mediates a wide range of workplace and commercial disputes for public authorities, universities, businesses and clients. Kevin describes his mediation style as thoughtful, respectful, and carried out with care. He adopts a calm conversational approach, providing parties with the time and space to speak, listen, think and reflect upon what is being said, to find a way of working together day to day, into the future.
With a corporate background in leading and managing organisations and teams in the UK and East Africa, Kevin’s career began in financial services over two decades ago with the Lloyds Banking Group, followed thereafter by senior positions in the Local Authority sector in London and Oxford, and most recently in international consultancy and international development in the UK and in Nairobi, Kenya.
Laricelle is also a trained Mental Health First Aider and NLP Practitioner, enhancing her work in high-conflict and emotionally sensitive cases. She operates her UK-based mediation practice and volunteers as a community mediator, providing empathetic, solutions-focused support to individuals and organisations facing complex challenges.
Dale Roberts is a Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) accredited mediator. His commercial resolution experience includes contract, leasing, and tenancy. He is also a member of the CEDR conciliation panel and has led a number of conciliation claims through the federation of master builders and the funeral arbitration scheme. He is an Association of Executive Coaches (AoEC) accredited coach with more than twenty years of experience in organisational leadership.
Dale’s extensive commercial experience has enabled him to assist parties in resolving disputes across a wide range of dispute types and commercial sectors. Finally, he is also a volunteer community mediator and community coach supporting victims of anti-social behaviour.
Teresa Blades is a highly experienced criminal defence solicitor who qualified as a mediator in 2024. She brings an empathetic and intuitive approach to her mediation practice, where she puts people and relationships at the forefront of dispute resolution.
Backed by a huge depth of experience working with individuals of all backgrounds, Teresa prides herself on the ability to facilitate positive and creative conflict resolution. She mediates in a broad range of dispute areas, with particular emphasis on commercial and workplace matters.
Connor Pass is a master’s student at the University of Law and joins Kiteleon’s mediation panel following his qualification in April 2025. Prior to studying, he held the position of tribunal clerk at an employment tribunal hearing centre in the south-east and has extensive experience with a wide variety of clients. Fuelled by his experience, he has specific interest in employment law and resolving workplace disputes.
Connor believes in an empathetic and focused approach, and is driven by a desire to uncover the heart of the issues and encourage constructive discussions among conflicting parties.
Jag Bhandal joined Kiteleon in 2025 as an accredited workplace mediator with over 10 years’ experience of managing conflict within the workplace, family, and community settings. She has an unwavering belief that mediation is extremely powerful in navigating individuals through conflict by providing a safe space to come together and work through their differences.
Having previously worked in Organisational Development and closely with HR teams, Jag has a real insight into the dynamics, causes and costs of workplace conflict and advocates mediation and conflict coaching as a better way for managing this. At her core, she is a people person with the empathy and ability to engage quickly and effectively with individuals to shift mindsets and find resolutions in the most challenging of situations.
