Dale Roberts is a Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) accredited mediator. His commercial resolution experience includes contract, leasing, and tenancy. He is also a member of the CEDR conciliation panel and has led a number of conciliation claims through the federation of master builders and the funeral arbitration scheme. He is an Association of Executive Coaches (AoEC) accredited coach with more than twenty years of experience in organisational leadership. Katie Baird is an accredited mediator, specialising in civil and commercial mediation.
