Kiteleon's Streamlined Process

Our Streamlined Process

At Kiteleon, we’ve designed a clear and predictable process to guide you from conflict to resolution. Our approach is built on a foundation of trust, confidentiality, and thorough preparation, ensuring that you are fully supported every step of the way. It’s also built to lead you directly to the cooperative resolution of your situation with a minimum of administration and disruption.

Most of our sessions are held online, via Zoom. We’re very experienced with this and it’s much easier and simpler than in-person meetings. There are exceptions to this rule (mostly with WorkPlace and Employment mediations) and we will advise you of what we think is best for your situation.

Step 1: The Confidential Consultation

Your journey begins with a complimentary, confidential consultation. During this initial call, we listen carefully to your situation, explain our services, and answer any questions you may have. We then speak to the other party(ies) individually to understand their perspective and ensure that mediation is the right path forward for everyone involved. (Book a call with us now)

Step 2: The Deep Dive

Once all parties have agreed to mediate with us, we dedicate time to a private, one-on-one session with each individual. This is our “deep dive” phase, where we gather all the necessary background information, delve into the core issues, and help you prepare for the joint session. This step is crucial for building rapport and ensuring the mediation is as productive as possible.

Step 3: The Joint Mediation Session

We will then hold one or more joint mediation sessions, each lasting approximately three to four hours. Our skilled mediators facilitate a calm, structured, and impartial dialogue. Our focus is on helping you move beyond positional arguments to find common ground and develop practical, lasting solutions that work for everyone.

Step 4: Finalizing the Agreement

When you have reached a resolution, we professionally draft a comprehensive agreement that clearly outlines the terms you have agreed upon. This document is then sent out to all parties for a secure e-signature, finalizing your mediation journey and providing you with a clear path forward.

Our Flat Fee & Financial Assistance

We believe in transparency and predictability. Our fee for a Half-day mediation Session is a single, flat rate, with no hidden costs.

Our Flat Fee: £600 per mediation session.  The fee is typically split equally between the parties, and it includes all of the following:

  • Initial confidential consultations

  • Individual deep-dive sessions with each party

  • The joint mediation session(s)

  • All administrative documentation

  • Drafting of the final settlement agreement

We also offer financial assistance and discounts to ensure our services are accessible to everyone. Please contact us confidentially to discuss your eligibility
